Open up an image in Paint Shop Pro. I'll be using this one :


Create a new raster layer. Take the bucket tool . Fill the layer with this color #c00000

Set the layer settings to soft light, 30% opacity.

Create another raster layer. Take the bucket tool . Fill the layer with this color #1c00c0

Set the layer settings to Screen, 67% Opacity.

Create ANOTHER raster layer. Take the bucket tool . Fill the layer with this color #b9a641
Set the layer settings to Multiply, 55% Opacity.

Now duplicate the background layer. The layer with the photo / image. Right Click Layer > Duplicate.



Take the soften tool


On the duplicated layer...soften the entire image with your cursor - brush around the whole image.

Now set the layer settings to Screen, 100% Opacity.

You should now end up with this!



Aaaaand. There you are! You're now done!
